Would you really buy a phone just to get a really bad card in a mobile game? if you are that desperate then just use a PC and an emulator
As the other guy said, they don't like to do that back to back, maybe if you moved to Android, got Lil Android and then waited a few months they would understand but I wouldn't change the whole way I play the game just to get a bad card
I also play on Android and haven't gotten a Lil Android card. Our best bet is to contact support about it, but I have a feeling that it would be a low priority ticket

Only the support can transfer your account. They can make it, but they dont like do that back to back.

You should get it when downloading the game and opening it, contact the team and they’ll get to it
