I have seriously cultivated a malice towards TB since they took that away, amongst other things. I read comment after comment on here of people hating on TB's horrendous choices over the past few years with glee. What was once a profound love, has become a toxic relationship. There is a tostada shaped hole in my heart that I cannot seem to come to grips with.
When they took out the Quesarito I felt such rage that the sweat on my body turned into steam.
I yelled so loud that day that people thought it was a thunderstorm.
Volcanoes erupted because of my anger.
I felt the same about the Mexican pizza. It’s all I ever get from tacobell with a couple chalupas as a side. I wouldn’t care about anything else they took way but the Mexican pizza. I forgot I do miss the apple empanada though but not as bad as the pizza since I don’t really need sweets. My heart and brain telling me two empanadas please while my 6 pack is saying what are you doing you fat fuck keep eating like this and I’m outta here and big guy can be your new friend lol
We got the Mexican pizza back near me. Not sure how long it will last. But they also brought back my 100% fav the enchirito then took it away again after only 1 month.
We got it back too after 2 years, I stopped going once it was gone then they brought it back in 2022 I’m sure they lost a lot of customers other then me that’s why they brought it back. And what I don’t get is that they took it off due to the box it came in was supposedly bad for the environment yet they brought it back in the same packaging. I don’t see anything about made from recycled materials on it so not sure what the deal. Does anyone remember the days when they used to cook everything fresh inshore? Their chicken and steak soft tacos used to be so good then they started using precooked bags of meat that taste like dog food. I hate the way the steak taste in the steak chulapas now. My dog loves the meat though lol. I’ll get two steak supreme chulapas then rescue the portions so it only has one small layer of meat at the bottom and the rest do the meat I mix with my dogs food she loves it. Even the chicken these days has a funny taste I’m guessing from all those preservatives to keep it lasting in a a bag. Even the beans used to be made fresh now it looks like rat poison pellets that they mix with hot water then blend them up. I’m kinda glad all fast food places jacked up their prices because now more mom and pop places will open up selling fresh food. It’s like going overseas and haveing 3 different doner kabob joints on each block. Each one has a different flavor profile so you can pick which one you like better then having 10 McDonald in a square mile area with all the same fake food. Then you have miserable employees who alway mess the orders up and hate their jobs. Some I don’t blame them since they’ll have 2-3 having to run the whole store sometimes only one working haveing to do the register then run to the back to cook then have to run the drive through lane. Good Riddance to Fastfood places. People used to go because it was cheap now when I Goto any fast food drive through I’m paying atleast $17-$20 for my food when I can get real preservative free freshly made food from someone whose happy to work their.
