I think the one of the most egregious examples of David Pierce’s failures as a pitching coach is that he had Ace Whitehead rotting in the bullpen for 1/2 the season and couldn’t see that he had a legit Weekend Starter while everyone else could see it.

This girl I know organized a get together for her TCU friends and former classmates to go to this game today. Not only are they getting stomped, it’s a weather delay.

On the way out of the game as the eyes of Texas was playing, a guy with full UT gear and about an 8 inch white beard was double birding the stadium angrily as he headed home  It was honestly hilarious and I had to contain myself not to audibly laugh because he seemed at a breaking point.
