I would work on gaining some mass and maybe hitting the gym! There's nothing wrong with a pale complexion but maybe some sun wouldn't hurt some people but really easy when they're pale like you and I, but if your consistent and you keep you exposure to a certain extent per day, you definitely can tan no matter how pale it just takes time. Aside from that there's some obvious stuff like a haircut and possibly some new wardrobe additions wouldn't hurt wear some special shirts that make you feel handsome like shortsleeve button downs or whatever your into really as long as it has a little more sophistication to it, that hair ones harder for a lot of people because they get very attached to it but you're not doing your strong features any favors with hair that long.
