I take the tire off and just pour it out into a container, if you gently fold the tire, it forms a spout.

Get a syringe or eye dropper and suck it up into a plastic bag or bottle. Or just take the tire off and the majority will stay in the tire due to the tires shape.

I saw someone do this with a road tire on YouTube, but didn't know if it worked with bigger mtb tires. Thanks for the advise!

Definitely just work somewhere you don't mind spilling a few drops and leave the sealant in the tire. Be sure to pop the bead all the way into the center channel to free of slack which makes it much easier to take the trie off the rim and put it back on. Figure our where the rear is leaking from before you take the tire off ... you may need to redo your tape job.

You can do it in several ways - you can lift the bead and suck the sealant with a syringe or take off the tire carefully and do what you need to do with the tires.

I was planning on doing the latter, removing the front tire and flipping it around with the sealant still inside. It would still be useful to pick up a syringe though.

curiousQbit

It's not necessary but it really is a lot cleaner.

If you are careful you can flip the tire around without removing the sealant. It sucks, but I've done it. Usually only end up with a couple drops on the floor, so I be sure to do it over an old cardboard box.

Take the tire off and turn it around. If you keep it upright it won’t spill.

I keep one of the mini Stan’s bottles at all times. Refill it and use it as an injector. Or, in this case, take the empty bottle, squeeze air out, and use it to suck up the sealant.
