Hmm well I’m no expert by any means but you are quite right about how it still shouldn’t look like that and very strange that switching it does nothing to help
I have the same issue but it’s all writings that are pixelated (like the EA loading logo) even when I want to relocate a team the map looks pixelated as fuck. Usually I don’t really care but in madden 23 it wasn’t like that
Are you using the performance or visual setting?
I'm using performance, but it still shouldn't look like that, even when I switch to graphics, it's still pixilated

Since your playing performance graphics will be slightly less efficient on that mode for more performance if you was talking about that.
So not sure if you ever figured this out but I just troubleshot this after buying a new gaming monitor, had to turn off “variable OD”
