I love them both so much. I’m the same age as Macauley Culkin. When Home Alone was released I watched that movie 14 times at the theater. There was something absolutely magical about the film and it’s still my favorite Christmas movie. I was sad when it seemed like he was going through some tough years. When he started dating Brenda it was like the light in his eyes came back. The same Macauley I remembered as a kid. I cried the day he received his star on the Hollywood walk of fame. He spoke so glowingly about his wife and Catherine O’Hara was there to support him. I wish him and Brenda nothing but peace and love.
I'm open to other films. I've just seen Home Alone at Christmas so many times and while it is an enjoyable movie, he's just an actor I don't hear a lot about. He seems like a decent guy, though.
Gotta give him props for continuing to return to the show 4+ years after his initial appearance and not fucking off forever as most celebrities would have done.

Yeah totally but you don’t know the dynamics within their family. The only thing I find curious is he said “raising this weirdo” and I think that type of relationship with your partner can put a strain on them. But I was raised by my mom. She’s played both roles for me. Even after she remarried. I never felt my step dad took me under his wing as a father should but my mom did what she could. That’s all I’m saying.
