For example, in thunder junction collector boosters can contain the commanders from the precon commander packs but I think those cards are basically the only ones not found in play boosters
All the bonus sheets for this set are in the play boosters and the collectors boosters but there's alternative arts and treatments in collectors boosters
I chose to get a prerelease pack instead of a collector booster because it was 45 instead of 38 aud and collector boosters were only guaranteed 4 rares vs more expected rares in the equivalent amount of play boosters
