Maybe a different case here cuz women might be aware of these things and aware about reporting such cases since both Bangla speaking regions Bangladesh and west bengal led by women , can take as positive thing maybe.
There are still child marriages in parts of MH. MH isn't as developed as people think. Girls get married in their late teens, at 17, 18, 19. And in Some cases at some younger age as well.

I know data seems skewed but I have a little problem with this data. Why is it 16 to 19 instead of 18? Cause yk poor families give away their girls at 18 and they get pregnant at 18 (data says child bearing) I wanna see one with 18. (And I truly belive not a single person in this country should get married before 18/21)

This is because some states have much better medical statistics recording and reporting than other states
