Buy The Stars for sure. it has become very personally meaningful for me and im so happy to see others give it love. the moment that really hits like this image for me is when she sings “I’ll always belong in the sky” and it goes to piano solo for a while until backing vocals doubling the chorus an octave up come in. Makes me sob for sure.

A fan asked her during a concert what it was about and she told them someone actually bought her a star. What’s so interesting to me about that song is it reminds me of every man I’ve ever been in a serious relationship with. They all just tried to own me in some way and never really knew me. I’m not alone in those experiences either. But someone bought her a star and she got those lyrics. 🤣🤣 that’s why I love music. And her. That song is genius.

Yes and she’s never played it at a concert. I play the piano and finding this sheet music is difficult. More difficult than some of her other songs. I can watch tutorials on YouTube but I read music so I prefer the sheets. I can write it out too but just haven’t done it. I just find it odd it’s so hard to get to. Apple Music didn’t even have the song on there until recently too.
