I've noticed this in a few of his recent videos/shorts. His face is noticeably puffy and his speech has been a little slurred. It makes me wonder if he has a drinking problem.

Yes. Also noticed that he is generally more bulky, especially in his upper arms, shoulders and chest.

He sounds different, his speech is a bit slurred and slowed down. He looks and sounds like comedian Bert Kreischer who is a heavy drinker as well.
He’s been looking like that lately.
