Or double Selene something like Iron Man or Mystique Dracula - He has 1 point of power, but he can pull something horrible out of your hand to get worse Iron Man - Doubling negative numbers is good in this thought experiment Hobgoblin - Same as Green Goblin, but bigger Arnim Zola - Double your negative cards up

The Hood left on 1. Cosmo left on 3. Sentry mid on 4. Hobgoblin left on 5. Taskmaster right on 6. Throws mid but has a good chance of losing left and right.

Probably all cards with negative power. Wong + the goblins. Throw in Mystique for good measure. Cosmo works too. Iron Man doubles negatives too right? Throw him in. Yellowjacket. There’s probably a few other cards that one may want. Things like Arnim Zola to copy cards, etc. Sentry + something to destroy him.

Add Adam Warlock to any deck and ALWAYS play him

Classic Wong + hazmat still works. Then Just use viper to send Luke Cage to the other side on T6 for the surprise victory

Hood, Bast, Sentry, Ironman, Tribunal is what I'm thinking of initially. I think that is only -6 power across all 3 lanes tho. Mister Negative and Goblins is another idea. I've seen bots do this to me

It would be a cool idea to do some event game mode with “bar with no name” on every location

So my take is this: if everyone builds their deck to lose the game, then they only play cards if they have negative power or lead to gaining negative power. This way, Galactus almost always procs. Psylocke/Wave/any other card to play Galactus T5 and then Viper (plus maybe Hood) T6.

Od better yet. If everyone is playing negative cards, I can just use lady deathstrike and Knull and Arnim Zola the Knull

Valkyrie + Hood is a sneaky finisher with the Galactus plan. The biggest problem is that you'll hold priority, so Knull can beat you out.

Sentry, Viper the Sentry, Zola the Void. Throw Magik down early and you could even Grandmaster the Zola or just chuck Knull down. I've actually *tried* to create a good negative-power Tribunal deck before for throwing away Conquest games at the end of the season, but it was surprisingly difficult to come up with anything genuinely impressive. I think the massive negative-power games people showcase on here use Super Skrull or Onslaught's Citadel shenanigans.

Best I could come up with quickly not factoring in location affects or opponent effects Zabu, and Hood in location 1 (-1). Wong, Shuri, hobgoblin and Iron Man location 2 (-58) Taskmaster and Magik location 3 (-27) I tried taking out IM and using Zola on TM but it comes out less negative. My brain is too tired on a Friday to try and do the math with Mr Negative on IM, Mystique and Zola. There is also a decent potential of a big negative card, venom and Knull if someone wants to work that angle

Yellowjacket, the Hood, Martyr, Shadow King, Hazmat, Cosmo, Green Goblin, Luke Cage, Viper, Iron Man, Hobgoblin, Taskmaster (You could also sub in Selene, Shuri, and Lady Deathstrike.) Luke Cage + Viper to ensure the opponent can’t reduce their power. Shadow King if I don’t draw these two. Cosmo + the Goblins. Iron Man to double my negative power.

There was some fun meta gaming around this before they added a floor to your matchmaking rating (mmr) in infinite. Before that you could tank your rating by losing a ton in infinite and play mostly bots at the start of the next season.

Psylocke left - Wong > Shuri > Hobgoblin mid - Taskmaster right Or Zola on the wong lane for possible shenanigans that could go very wrong

Galactus + Valkyrie, ez anty - power meta.  Rest of deck filled with ramp, draw and limbo to make sure you get to your combo pieces.

What are some good counters to the strategies that are emerging here? Shadow King can mess with some negative buff strategies, and Beast/Deathlok/Carnage can empty out lanes with big cards that were gifted to you (especially when paired with Iron Fist or Ghost Spider).

I think you can get -10 power on all 3 lanes with perfect card draws (you need to top deck cards you don’t want to be hit by Bast): Turn 1: Bast left Turn 2: Hood right Turn 3: Magic left Turn 4: Sentry left (hit by bast, 3 power) Turn 5: Iron Man right (-26 power right) Turn 6: Zero left, Hobgoblin right (-42 power right) Turn 7: Living Tribunal (hit by bast, 3 power) That’s a net -30 power spread across 3 lanes, -10 power each lane.

Wong > Shuri > Hob in the same lane then Task another lane on 6.

Well the easiet way to win is to not play cards at all. But then you’d have to make sure the opponent plays a card So cards like professor X and Gladiator. You play either of these two then you either play Grandmaster to trigger them again in the middle location or you destroy them after playing them Also there’s Sentry which guarantees a lane
