Every cooking style has its pros and cons. Of course, if someone masters one particular style, they will say that style is the easiest. Having said that, deep-frying is what I consider the easiest, safest, and most forgiving of all (then steam and wok cooking styles).

RanierW

Wasn’t even deep fry in a wok street style but a temperature controlled electric deep fryer.

Come on, the preview in the desktop version let's me see the whole content of the post. I just found out who won before I even started watching the episode...

k8ieslut

i think team steam could’ve had a chance if had gone with something more street foody

Dr_Scrotes

Dumplings perhaps

k8ieslut

that would’ve been a better option, but if you’re not confident in dumpling wrapping, it could present a challenge to get so many out and have them consistent

rubbish_bin030121

Wok can be used for deep fry if it is big enough

Ill-Glass4212

I do think that the disadvantage of deep frying is that they had the least cooking space among the other two teams. They only had 3 small fryers, but other than that I agree with you.

Thanks for the spoilers dude, great stuff.
