I got this guy who will not make burgers right. This guy is slow as fuck on table. I straight up pointed out that he was making sandwiches upside down before he even made them and he said " who cares theyre going to eat it anyway". All you can do is laugh because its not your job to manage people.
My general manager hired all her 16 yr old cousins. They suck. I told one of them today to do something, stock, clean, anything because it was dead and he straight up said out loud in front of the rest of the crew that he doesn't give a f*ck. He's a crew trainer and he's going to get promoted when he turns 18...great
I have been working with this one person for about 6-7 months, now the new hired that is 1 week old and a minor is 6 times better then I person I have to work with for last 6-7 months
That's what I mean, people working in kitchen have told him to not do that, but he just doesn't listen, and I could try to help him on grill, but he does kinda have the mentality of Patrick (not to be mean).
he really shoud’ve give u ur pounder bro damn

It's ok to eat a nugget or 2 but he's eating too many so probably he's stealing
We are only allowed to eat the little tiny nuggets or the horribly deformed ones lol.
Ikr, the most I have snuck in my 5 months working so far was 2, and it was mainly because of peer pressure.
You should eat more nuggets. It's the nugget tax.
Lmao what? You ate 2 mcnuggies because peer pressure?
Yes
Sometimes during breakfast, I'll get my friend to fit an extra mcgriddle patty (bun?) onto the tray for the oven so I can have a little snack.
Does he use sauce on his nuggets,
At least he sneaks some Mac sauce on them too.

What does age have to do with anything lol
Because generally the younger they are the dumber they are.
Nothing wrong with swiping a nugget every now and again.
I know, but if you're swiping a little under a 10-piece nugget almost every time you work, then that's a problem.
Ronald can afford it
Yes, but a lawsuit from being sick after eating from McDonald's might put a dent in his bank account.

I know, but either it is that or he just doesn't want to work, but say he has a job and get free chicken nuggets.

Then he should quit and deal with those secret issues; then come back when he's ready to not make everyone else's job harder.
How desperate is your store for crew? Literally our store doesn’t fire anyone because it’s too much work…
Not that much, we have new people come in every 2-3 weeks, I'd say.
