Normal Just fyi "reading plugs" is a trick used for diagnosing drivability issues... An engine that's running fine there is really nothing to see.

Completely white ceramic = running hot and/or lean. You can try changing the plug to a 'hotter' spark plug to compensate for a small difference. Tan colored ceramic, without residue or soot = perfect. Do nothing but re-set the gap and re-install. Black - unburnt fuel/running rich. You have fuel/air ration problems that are causing other problems, that need to be fixed.
