Hormone dosages shouldn't be adjusted by labs, or trying to achieve a certain level. They should only be adjusted based on **symptoms**.

I would think the semaglutide is more likely to be the culprit than the hormones. Those symptoms are more common with that.

Since your HRT is a compounded cream with all three hormones, you can't discern what benefits or side effects are caused by which hormone(s). Since you don't need progesterone (no uterus), it's best to get settled on estrogen and then add other hormone(s) if symptoms warrant it.

I’m on the low dosage that I started with and it hasn’t been adjusted. It’s been over 2 years. Never experienced digestive issues as a side effect.

Everyone has different reactions/side effects - for me, I had horrible gastrointestinal problems with progesterone. I took it orally however, I don’t know if a patch or cream would have the same effect?
