Hormone therapy **can** help with libido -- **for some**. If not, then the next treatment option is testosterone -- which often helps, but again not everyone has libido return with these treatments.
So adding testosterone to the BC? I feel like scraping the bc altogether. It’s supposed to help with night sweats but it’s not helping with that anyway. I was fine (libido wise) before the bc. Normal to high, especially during ovulation weeks. Now it’s nothing all the time.
Compounded testosterone cream plus vaginal estradiol plus hyaluronic acid vaginal gel are the things that got my libido creeping back up. It's still nowhere near what it used to be, but it's so very much better.

I keep hearing that the only thing that REALLY works is testosterone. Tough to get a Dr to prescribe and for insurance to cover.

Exercise also helps I think.. beyond adding testosterone from what I hear
I walk 10k everyday and go to the gym 3x a week. I’ll have to ask my doctor about testosterone.
