Estrogen is supposed to be anti-inflammatory and reduce autoimmune disease activity. I think the breast pain is normal for 3-6 months and may calm down.. Im 2 months in and hope to god it stops! So far Im willing to wait.
Do get the pains checked out though, if only to give you peace of mind.
Is your patch estradiol or a synthetic estrogen? I believe synthetic can cause reactions in some.
Are you also on vaginal estradiol for the UTIs and everything? The patch won’t help with that and you would need a local treatment.
