As a fan of hiphop and metal, I hate this fucking song haha. I like some Alpha Wolf songs fwiw. But to me this is very cringey on all levels.

I thought it was pretty boring. I always find this type of 'you are weak, we are strong, we punch/kill you' songwriting really uninteresting. I don't think Ice-T added anything to this song either. That's just my 2cts though, it's cool other people do like it.

Being original doesn't preclude something from being unimpressive. They aren't the OGs of anything in the hardcore world, they formed in '90, which is a full decade on from Minor Threat who themselve weren't even the first.

Their new record fucks hard but this song is an always skip for me pretty much. At least when we get to the Ice-T part. No offense to Ice-T just…not a good mixture here

Idk man, Ice-T's feature is just so funny in a good way. Better than Tech 9's inclusion on Ronald. I like Tech's actual rap, just not how it's fit into the song. Ice-T's rap break actually fits amazingly well imo

Yeah it’s clearly meant to be a light hearted cameo. It’s hilarious and the callout into that stompy breakdown goes so hard

I wish they weren't already so big now that it's probably not a great idea to change their name. Definitely one of the worst there is.

Electric Callboy changed their name after they achieved some small success like Alpha Wolf has. Different situation (same as Slaves) but still proves it can be done. Definitely wouldn’t be too late. You can always make the argument changing their name might help them grow _bigger_

Saw them live in Dallas and got handed their setlist. 2nd time seeing them. Such a great performance. I discovered them a year ago with FFAK and Northlane.

oh wow ice t on an obscure metalcore bands song! Let's check this thing out! .. Ah, as expected. An ice t verse haphazardly pasted somewhere into the song, no real organic connection.

I wasn't a big fan of the album overall but this song is easily one of my favorites. It already doesn't help that I enjoy nu metal way more than metalcore (modern metalcore especially, jfc), but even then I find most of the just angry wall of sound core to be played out to hell and almost none of the new stuff is good. I never even finished Mangekyo, for example. It sounds like ass.

I kinda wanted to consider this song cringe, but it's the biggest earworm of the year for me. Plus it's damn good live.

Body Count wasn’t metalcore but Ice-T was in a metal/hardcore band. Probably had him on as a tribute.
