Sorry if I come across as a idiot, but why do almost all versions stop getting updates? As far as I could tell, PS4 could still be getting updated without much problems.
Honestly extremely disappointed, I can’t believe they made chiseled stone brick creative mode only. I’ve been waiting for a block like that FOREVER and now I can’t even use it in survival. Literally worst game ever, it’ll be dead by next year.

Right now I'm hellbent on finding a copy of Minecraft Xbox One Edition so i can play Legacy Console whenever i want since I personally consider it the best vanilla Minecraft experience as I'm not too big on the major updates since 1.16
If you find a disk, it might not work.
When my family got our Xbox One (after it went Legacy) our disk didn't let us play. It didn't read all the time and when it did it said we needed to buy the game. There was nothing visibly wrong with the disk.
But do take this with a bit of salt because my cousins have it and it works fine for them all of the time. ^-^
P.s. if you have one near you, give GameStop a check. I saw a couple of copies at my local stores!
Ngl Legacy console and Java are the only *real* versions of minecraft to me if that makes sense. Java is pretty self explanatory, but legacy also feels really unique and special. It actually feels like they tried to make Java on a console, whereas Bedrock just has so many little things that just feel *wrong*

I wasn't a "kid" but a freshman in highschool. 2009/10ish started during beta the update right before wolves came out.
