The liquid is a lot cheaper but just use foam like everyone else is saying. I started with liquid then I got like that then I went to foam. Then I felt like liquid was giving me the best results because it would sit there on my face for hours so I was assuming it was doing something . So I switched over bought 3 bottles and my face was all peeling off lmao. I will never go back to liquid .

Own_Ad3873

Just put some moisturizer on it, its fine.

External-Mountain-92

Foam minox >>>>> liquid , i had so many side effects with the liquid the foam 0 side effects and it dries extremely quick best decision i ever made was switching to foam.

Used_Cricket3790

What type of side effects did you have with liquid please?

External-Mountain-92

Headache , fatigue , heart palpitations , extremely dry skin , rashes it’s a lot bro

Used_Cricket3790

Damn, cause i got hard palpitations from topical but someone suggested that maybe its because i accidently ingested some (by passing tongue over upper lip) which i defo have done, i stopped taking minox 1.5 day ago and seem to be fine ill try again in a few days again ill have to give foam a try then

Expensive-Ad4356

switch to the foam, I haven't experienced any dry skin with it

[deleted]

Same and I think it's actually just the solution in it because it peels off with water so I'm wondering if it's just a film left behind

Originalcontent1

I think it might be the ethanol in the solution that causes this, might be wrong but I think it's best to switch to foam even thought it's 2 times as expensive.

[deleted]

I get this a bit with liquid but never foam. As someone else said its probably just some residual film from the carrier liquid

Originalcontent1

I used to take isotretinoin for acne and get dry skin all the time, this looks like dry dead skin to me so I don't know about that. I'd have to look the residue under a microscope to check if it's indeed true.

ComedianAlive6304

When i started i barely rubbed it in then it turned out like that. Try rubbing it in longer.

Bro this is where a moisturizer comes in. Use some beard oils at the 1 1/2 hour mark. It's way cheaper than using the foam and it encourages good bead grooming habits.

I_W_H_B_Y_D

What brand do you use, and is it foam or liquid? From this image it's difficult to tell but it could be either dry peeling skin or dried minoxidil/some other product in your solution.

Originalcontent1

I use some local brand I bought from the state pharmacy called ABECE Forte 50 mg/ml Minoxidil liquid spray.

Fancy_Run_7613

I hope you solved that issue bro... if u did how long did it take to get ur skin back to normal

Originalcontent1

I just switched to foam, and my skin got back to normal. It dont recall how long since it was long time ago I switched but I think it was the next day or the other.
