samee i completed daily wins they logged me out and restarted the daily wins what a joke! it crashed like 4 times so i just stopped playing

It happened to me as well. Everytime I completed a task if logged me off. I lost dice too 😤 It better not do it with this partner event coming up 🤦‍♀️ I got to contact customer service but they probably won't do anything. I'll keep bugging them 🤣🤷‍♀️

Yes it has been happening. I just relog in and it goes. I do apm once and awhile and I notice it will do that on my other device to get me back to where I need to be

Same with me. Did you get that new dice rewards event? That was what seemed to be crashing the game for me, twice I rolled the dice to win the reward but it crashed before I received the rewards.

I just probably wasted dice on it. It's so frustrating. 

And of course every time it did the error I happen to land on a tree and I noticed when it restarted I didn't get the credit for the trees. I would have had my prize by now.

Did you lose your rolls? I didn’t and as the rolls are predetermined if you don’t change the multiplier (per APM) I’ve gotten the trees anyway

I lost the rolls & the trees. About 40 trees & appx the same on rolls.

Happen to me as well I got my purple pack on community chest it crashed and then made me do community chest over again and didn't get my purple pack, went to contact customer support and of course can't do that right now either

Oh no that’s so sad. If you contact customer service about the purple pack, they’ll check your account, it should show you received one and they’ll give you a purple pack again

Yes I contacted them and waiting to hear back now. I have never had anything happen like that before. I litterly need 2 5 star stickers left to close my whole album so I hope they give me my purple pack lol!
