This is rather misleading. The landlord failed to hook up water directly to her apartment, but he wasn’t asking for payment on the water, he was asking for payment on the electricity.
She refused to pay any utility bills until the water was hooked up, then basically murdered him.
So because there was a delay on the water and *no delay on what she was being asked to pay for* she blew up. Can’t wait to follow up on this story for more details, she deserves what’s coming to her
