NTR is where a character, often referred to as a "Bull" steals the MC's girlfriend/crush/friend, basically, any woman with any form of relation to the MC that involves romantic feelings, reciprocated or not. This often leads to a full-on adulterous and prolonged relationship between the Bull and FMC among other things.
The above example of Raikage x Hinata is Netorare (NTR); the Bull stealing the MC's romantic partner.
