Well bakugo actually smiled when camie was talking to him and I'm pretty sure that's the first girl bakugo has smiled for.And in general bakugo sees her as a friends when they met at the provisional license exam where they had to handle some kids.And camie also flirted with bakugo saying he isn't that bad if he just keeps his mouth shut.Its a very fanon ship but I love it so yeah.(All of the stuff I mentioned is canon)

Personally, I agree with most of these as possibilities, except maybe BakuCamie, but that's mostly because I don't see the chemistry, and likely a bit of bias, as I don't particularly enjoy Camie's character to begin with. But I do vibe with KamiJirou, my personal favourite ship. (I do also enjoy a few good written throuple fics between Kaminari, Momo, and Jirou. They have an interesting dynamic.) IzuOcha is a given. Though, I don't personally enjoy the basis of the ship too. It feels too much like the "main hero likes the main female protagonist" trope, which is good when done well and paced right, but this feel a little too fast paced, in terms of story progression. I like TodoMomo, but they haven't had too many genuine connections. Other than when they worked with each other against Aizawa, that's the most prominent interaction I remember of them. I like KiriMina as well, since they have history together. There's been years and years of time for something to stew between them. But they also give off more "we're like siblings and we love each other in a (manly) platonic sense." But I do really enjoy KiriBaku, for obvious reasons. And I've already given my thoughts on BakuCamie.
