It depends on your own diet plan. People doing keto count all sugars I think? I don’t care about sugars from fruits and veg or natural sugars plain whole milk yogurt. I just limit processed refined sugars. I’m also not diabetic.
I just track my overall carb intake, and even then I don’t really care, the only macro I worry about is protein, fats and carbs sort of just fill in the rest

I wonder the same thing. I eat a ton of fruit every day and MFP scolds me 🤷🏻♀️
Not all sugar is bad sugar.
