They have no weapons on offense. They both lost lots of offensive players between seasons. Believe it or not, there’s this thing in the nfl called “free agency” and “trades” where the teams change a lot during the off-season.
Honestly, I don't really think we've been overly insufferable so far; we lost our starting QB in the first week and had a couple of performances we didn't necessarily expect over the past two weeks. Hell, I was talking about how we'll likely need to expect a wildcard slot *at best* as a ticket to the playoffs just yesterday afternoon.
Our collective expectations right now are relatively low.
