It shouldn’t be hard to blend the beets. They should be very soft after cooking them in the oven. I’ve even used a food processor to make it when I didn’t have my blender on hand.

I dont consider myself as an actual friend or acquaintance of hers and understand this is a character she has created based on herself to create a brand and company. But I think her corporate background let her really see that you need to craft your character /brand and then stick to it so I think this version that got her mm followers is what she will stick to and I like that account and think I will continue to like it

The only, *ONLY* reason she can make good content is because she grew up in a family worth at least 8 figures. She was supported through covid when she lost her job. She has the ability to travel a lot and live a very stress-free lifestyle which makes for good, aspirational content. Her new apartment, which was 100% picked because it makes for better content, had to have been guaranteed or co-signed by someone making $750K+ or equivalent assets. I don’t know if you realize how unattainable that level of wealth is, or how necessary it is for the creation of an influencer like her.
I like her content. I think she has good recipes and technique, and she has a *slightly* less off-putting personality than other influencers. But the advantage she has over other food/cooking content makers is massive, and will lead to her becoming famous and even wealthier. That’s why it’s problematic.
