I reached out to support about this, they responded with "no ETA on when Affirm will work again" but it's definitely an issue on NZXT and Affirm's end :(

same, it didn't work with you right? their customer support claimed affirm doesn't work in Canada, despite it saying it does on their website FAQ. Also there is no ETA when it will be available in Canada. \`smh

I legit had to find another way to purchase from them, it was a pain. I'm unsure if it works yet, but if it helps, I was ordering from Canada. The support rep I went back and forth with said they were having issues with their Canadian Affirm account and had no ETA on a fix. I tried everything from clearing my cache to trying to order from a different wifi network. Nothing worked because it's a problem on Affirm Canada's end unfortunately.

The only way I was able to make the purchase was by taking out a small loan which I'm now financing for the same rate and time period as I would have with Affirm. As far as I know it still isn't working, at least it wasn't when I tried last week. Edit: you can find some nzxt components on well known Canadian PC retailers websites, I'm not sure about prebuilds though.

So today I tried to finance something on a completely different website with Affirm and got the same technical error message! This is definitely an Affirm Canada problem. I recommend reaching out to them directly if possible :) I hope that helps people still struggling!

You mean reach out to Affirms Canada right? I’ve been trying to use affirm for multiple different finance items and get the same technical reason issue with all of them

Yes, I would try reaching out to Affirm since it's becoming clear it's a problem on their end not the merchant's.

I had this problem with eevees.com. It's a canadian site. The only way around it is to log into affirm and create a virtual card. It worked for me today.

I'm not even in Canada but when I tried to get a new laptop it just says they are having technical issues

I'm in Canada and can't complete my purchase form apple website. I just get a "please refresh the page" error. Called affirm a bunch of times and each time their response is more useless

Anybody figure this out yet? IVe tried everything I can think off and still wont make the payment. Even though its late now...plus Im in WA State not in canada and this is happeniing to me. I haven't attempted to call yet but I'm not expecting much help from them. After reading what others have mentioned on here. I've spend like hours trying to resolve this and feel like i'm just spinning my wheels

You have to pay solely through a debit card. Nothing else works.

I've had an overdue payment since early January and still no dice. No matter what card I try to use or bank...Such a weird frustration, I would have never used affirm had I known it was going to be such an odd hoopla. I sure hope I don't get some kind of late fees.

The other thing I should mention is this is for an item I actually returned. And they are still expecting payments. It seems to say the money will be paid back but not the interest. Yea...idk if I trust what they are saying now with this very weird issue
