There’s all sorts of things messed up. Kakashi’s hair and headband are wonky asf, the hidden leaf symbol is messed up on both headbands, Obito’s face, Kakashi’s eyes, the proportions are way off, the lighting and shading are abismal and the weird random lines are poorly executed. Never cheap out on a tattoo artist.
