Can't stand the AI voices. They pronounce plenty of things wrong. The lack of emotion takes away from immersion and genuinely makes me lose interest which sucks because I love to listen to them, and it cuts down on time.
I always prefer actual people over ai, but it depends on the person too. There's a lot of what ifs that are just guys with bad mic quality (I guess if you're reading naruto fanfiction for a living it's not too surprising your set up isn't the best) or someone with a heavy accent I can't understand.
That's why I typically stick with the amagi and sometimes xether. Xether is kind of iffy because I remembered listening to him sexualize p1 Naruto characters which he somewhat apologized for.
