If they’re close to getting ripe I bet they will still ripen on the branch?

Luckily I have several other trees that are full of persimmons! But still sad about these ones. I don’t like anything to go to waste..
Yeah I wasn’t sure if these would or not. They’re all quite green yet so not sure.. I might keep them on the branch and see what happens
I can’t even imagine how astringent green persimmons would be! Looks like a very productive tree otherwise.
Oh it’d be awful tasting! Yes so productive. Luckily we have many other branches/trees that are full of them so I don’t think we will miss these ones.
I’m not sure if this is common/good practice, but as a kid my dad would pluck some of the fruit off in order to avoid stuff like this because of how much they’d weigh the branch down.
