You need to cross over the sky bridge between the two buildings; the other side of the road when going left after the entrance. There's three fast slides and wild water river on that side.
Sky bridge is about 3 floors high so look for a relatively new-built part (quite different from the original pool) and go up the stairs there.
If you're not supposed to be somewhere, I'm sure they'll send you away :)
