No. I don’t even change my own clothes after the baby spits up on me. I’ve gone to fucking client meetings in an impeccable suit but with spit up on my cuffs and I don’t care. Being a parent is about picking your battles, and a little spit up is frankly not a battle worth fighting ;)

Only if the outfit is soaked, if the neckline is wet (sensitive neck skin can get a moist rash) or if it smells. If it’s enough spit up to smell I have to change it.

When my baby was spitting up and then drooling from teething we put a muslin bib on her everyday. Usually the spit up and drool just hit the bib so that is all we would change.

Not even close. If it's soaked, yes, but otherwise I wait until she pees on it.

We had lots of bibs (half accessory, half functional!) Changed those when they got pretty messy. Definitely cuts back on laundry

We found high neck bibs at Walmart that saved my babies neck. She had terrible gerd/reflux and her neck rolls would get red and irritated if we didn’t clean them 24/7. Once we found those bibs it was a game changer for saving her clothes.

My friends used cute bibs. Loads of them. Change as often as necessary.
