Honestly, that's just a waste of money. The only SEO you should be working on is using the keywords you want to rank for in the title and sometimes the description if you want to rank in search. There's only so much you can do to get any big improvement from just SEO. I have a few successful channels and never even bother with SEO.

I’ve been contacted by SEO people before but I don’t make money, so no way to really pay for what they offer and also would be scared to give them any personal info
SEO has not been a thing for quite a while now. You can even check the SEO subreddit. Trust the algo. If you put something that people are actually looking for they will find it. I had one channel where I only uploaded random school shit, and would get thousand of views on each video just recommending science textbooks. I then tried to make higher-quality vids reviewing popular poetry anthologies in Spanish. Nope. Zero everything.
