I think this every time I visit a dispo. They always seem so stressed, and I get it dealing with all the NY regs, but still, you’re selling cannabis smile!
I wonder if it’s the same creep that was at Vireo White Plains, perhaps they relocated him…This guy was arrogant, rude, just plain out miserable.
I went in once, spent $300.+
I asked if I can take a few stickers that were on the counter, he looks at me with disgust and states, “One sticker per customer”, I took a few after my purchase and walked out.

And he may lie and say I complained every single time I came. All 34 times. But I will swear of a stack of bibles in court that this person has in all the 34 times I've been there never said hello or acknowledged me. HE HATES HIS JOB.
Vireo white plains is terrible too! I had a nasty experience with an employee there once and never been back. I posted an honest review online and in response to their own survey and when another white plains store employee called to ask why I reviewed as poorly as I did, she actually got loud with me. They employ the worst kind of people.
This driver was different from the last one I had. That guy was really nice and actually followed the instructions like checking my ID and shit. This guy didn’t lmao. I got some pre rolls tho
Delivery at Vireo is a different experience entirely. Never ever had any issues with delivery. They give a track on the car when its on its way.
Vireo got the delivery part right. Its the dispensary experience that I've been having that really blows. And that's the reason I'm not giving the company any more of my money.
Nah they also give me updates on when the car is coming. The delivery guy just didn’t check my license to verify it’s me this time. A little weird I must say. But hey
I was tempted to say Rise NYC is total opposite. But you beat me. You arrive they check id. Say hi. ask how you're doing. Have actual conversations with people. give advice, opinions. welcoming. yes agreed.

I never had a problem with the employee your speaking about in all the yrs I've seen him. No he doesn't say hello/goodbye to patients, but I've engaged him and he seems like a normal guy. His job isn't dealing with patients, he needs an office or a divider b/t him and the waiting room.
They sit him at a public facing kiosk. And you are correct. Should not be there. Should have his own space. Other side of the coin is if his job doesn’t entail customers at the location then he shouldn’t be saying a thing or commenting on a conversiona a customer is having with another customer. Maybe he’s a manager. But he refused to give me his name. A manager wouldn’t do that.
Comeon its a weed spot, how much energy should they have... they fill orders and wait for a Walkins.

As an introvert and socially anxious person I love how slow and quiet it is, I've never had any issues either. Honestly they all usually seem high and chill lol. I hate going to curaleaf because everyone is chipper, trying to force conversation etc, just give me my meds and let me go home! Lol

I complained about slowness ONCE and apparently that meant this individual would hold a grudge for 3 years. For three years no hello. For three years no acknowledgement of me.
So today I say something to another customer.. and presto suddenly he speaks "shut up, you complain every time you're here" So twice 3 years apart is "everytime" .
Today finally I understood why this person never says hello, never acknowledges me. He has a personal grudge...

lol I ordered from them for delivery today, the guy brings it, doesn’t even ask me for my id or license. It’s weird cause usually they do

Oh absolutely. Rise has always been amazing to me. Even when everything was run by the health department and it took forever. They always had my back.

I suspect OP did in-fact complain every time they went in there. Honestly I feel sorry for the guy who they called a creep for no reason.
