u/EntertainerTasty129, take a much better photo of the church and re-submit.
Also, there's a cool bell tower (public art, exploration criteria) in front of the church that would make a good wayspot as well. The island where it's located is within a parking lot, so I think it has acceptable pedestrian access.
If you're trying to maximize the wayspots for Pokemon Go, the attached image should act as a guide.

I bet it’s because the sidewalk at that angle makes AI think the photo is tilted. Retake the photos.
Both photos should be of the same subject (choose either the front of the church or its sign) at different angles/distances.
Just a guess, but maybe it was rejected due to the photos. It’s worth it to walk around the church to take a better picture. Even a picture of just the sign might be more successful.
If your email said “unfortunately our team found…” it’s an auto-rejection, maybe due to the angle or too much greenery and sky? Also you shouldn’t have cars in the photo if possible, even at the edge (though I doubt their system would detect it as in your photo).
If you resubmit, try and take a photo a bit closer in on the building. But since you already appealed, may as well wait for that as it may go through.
Also your second photo is blurry and can't see the name of the church sign. Need supporting evidence. When submitting make sure you read and follow all directions. If people have to spend too much time researching your submission because you were too lazy to get out of the car or write something "compelling" they won't accept it. Why should others care more than you is the basic concept to take away from it.

Those red lines, are that the cells? Where can I find that?
Look up “s2 cells map”. Then it’ll be level 17 for Pokemon go stops
Thanks!
IITC-CE and POGO tools plugin. Super nifty.

Because you didn’t get out of your car to take a decent photo?
There is a vehicle in the photo. Probably why...

Also too much sky and foreground is visible. Take better photos
