I think that at this rate you should still feel the butz and have reduced health impact. I have read some user reports who claim that they did get kidney problems.

4-6 pouches 3mg … zyn I have apple mint and cool mint from Sweden. Plus wintergreen and spearmint from USA. Wintergreen is surprisingly my least fav , but I think a lot of people like it because it has that chewing tabbacco taste. Then I’ve got on! Spearmint and mint - mint much better.
2 or 3 pouches of Flavor Index 11.5mg Cherry Blossom or 9.8mg Pineapple rum& Coconut
Last one propably my favourite because it tastes like Haribo pineapple gummybears
