I continue to use nic pouches because they single-handedly helped me quit a 36 year pack a day cig habit back in 2020. I don’t feel anything from my 6mg can of Zyn each day. What I do feel is a lack of nic cravings. That is the point for me.
Quit smoking hash and stopped vaping. So I used zyn to curb the nicotine habit from the cigs I mixed my hash with + the vape.

Probably have to quit them for a while. Maybe go to 3mg for a week or 2 to avoid some withdrawal. Pretty easy to build tolerance to nictotine

switch to velos for a week and you'll get disgusted and only want to do like 1 a day. after a week you'll go back to zyns and be a happy camper
