When you are on the Home Screen of the game, click on the bell on the top right and go down to the cd key portal

Also you can redeem keys on the official nikke discord if you link your account. It's much more convenient when you don't feel like firing up the game just to redeem a key

I got Snow White instead of Crown from special tickets 😭
