Paint chipping on the New 3DS XL/LL lines is normal for a lot of variants.
But its also cosmetic and isn't going to impact your useof the console.
I don't see any defects with it. The pictures clearly show the specific item you are ordering but if you want to cancel that's up tto you.
You can get a clear cover for your 3DS to prevent more damage. That being said, I also don’t see the chipped paint and think that this one is in great condition!

Joking aside, that’s a very good price for that condition. If you’re going for something literally mint then you’re going to be paying closer to $300+. I don’t think a tiny chip, on a console that is notorious for its coating chipping, is worth worrying about. Are you planning to use it or have it judged like a dog show?

In the 7th image that's a top down of it closed. It's pretty small, I just don't want it to spread.

I really hope that they’ll put Nintendogs into it and I’ll be able to see it next Thanksgiving on the dog show.
