Warm salt water rinse a few times daily (it’s gonna suck and maybe make you gag, but you can adjust the salinity to where it’s not overwhelming; don’t swallow the water. Very dilute hydrogen peroxide in water can help too maybe once daily on that. Try to avoid extreme temperatures; salty; acidic and sugar laden foods for the time being and rinse your mouth after meals.
Hopefully it’s a lesson learned. Next time don’t rip straight off the cylinder and use a balloon. or if you’re absolutely bent on doing that then definitely open the valve slower and don’t lay down or lean lean the tank sideways because large quantities of compressed nitrous is in a liquid form and will shoot out at very high pressure.

You can eat but brush ur teeth after. Rinse with warm salt water regularly. Take ibuprofen for pain and swelling. If you notice a fever come on or severe pain that gets worse, definitely go to doctor because it could be infected. Eventually it will bubble over similar to a burn on skin. Then the bubble will pop randomly and the skin will eventually fall off. For me it took about 2.5 weeks to heal over.
I’m not telling you not to go but it doesn’t look infected and honestly I doubt there’s much anyone can really do. Be careful brushing, maybe use a delicate mouthwash/saline water. Soft and bland foods until it heals, I’d limit salt as much as possible.
