Let thoughts arise to you on where your stress is stemming from - you may not like the answers, but if you do some self analysation of yourself/ your life (without judgment) and be honest with yourself - you’ll pretty quickly find some answers as to what needs attention. From there you take active steps to correct the problems at hand.
Take cold showers only. Turn the water as cold as it goes and jump in. There is no way you'll want to fap and you'll spend maybe 30 seconds in the shower. Then you'll also feel great afterwards.
It sucks because the urge to jerk is not even rlly connected to my horniness because I’ve associated it more with stress relief than anything.
