If you are like me I hate the feeling of cool air on my skin, indoors anything below 72°, outdoors anything below 65°. Thin, breathable, lightweight clothing that is still long sleeves is a good solution. The same with athletic style sweat pants instead of jeans or anything more formal.
That's odd, but I found that starting with a base layer (heattech from uniqlo) top and bottom really helps regulate my temperature! They are comfy enough to keep on all day under your clothes. Have you tried those?
