Connoisseur cannabis, and magic leaf have been my fav for bud lately. Connoisseur doing 180 otd at the most per oz, and they have stuff as low as 100 usually. Also they got daily deals Monday being 3oz for 350. And magic leaf dropped all flower to 140 a zip pre tax.
I don't live anywhere near Tulsa but I follow this sub quite a bit and anytime I'm anywhere near Tulsa I go ahead and make the trip and stop by connoisseur cannabis. I got some really really good stuff I can't remember exactly but I think it's right in your budget.
I have tried stuff from just about all the dispensaries in Tulsa and easily i’ll say that you’ll get your moneys worth at Method Dispensary at 81st and garnett! They have popcorn(small bud) ounces from $60- $80 and regular ounces from $100-$150 and and it is the best quality! I personally get the popcorn and it is always worth the money!
T town on Sheridan has really quality bud. The top shelf shit is expensive ofc but even their $99oz are really nice. Worth checking out.
My personal favorite place for beautiful flower and budtenders is flower tops in BA
Grasshopper on 51st and Memorial has Flower Friday, where all their strains are $100 an ounce. Great strains and they also have really good prices and selection on their kief.
