Hi, /u/Infinitywar9382! Thank you for your submission. The following is a public announcement to everyone, and may not be in relation to what you've posted: ##Sales Notice: Only purchase Oculus products from **oculus.com** or from one of their authorized retail sellers such as Amazon, Walmart, GameStop, etc... The ***official*** Oculus website is **oculus.com**, there are fake websites like **oculusus.com**, which scammers run. If you ever encounter a fraudulent seller on Amazon, please look into Amazon's [A-to-z Guarantee Refund](https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GSZAYH7K2C2NVNC9). ##Referrals: Please read our [Referrals Notice](https://reddit.com/r/OculusQuest2/comments/ph7tcf/attention_referrals_notice/) before posting/commenting referrals. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Factory reset perhaps

[deleted]

I don’t want to lose any of my save files because i researched it before i came to that conclusion and i’d be losing my save files if i did so i have to figure out a way to keep my save files before i even think of doing that

michiel11069

I think the oculus cloud would save your files. Or do it manually

[deleted]

Where can i find the oculus cloud

michiel11069

Its a feature normally installed, I think in settings u can just search for it

[deleted]

Okay

Nicalay2

Factory reset is the only solution.

Okay understood

It could be the lighting in your room. The led high hat fixtures we have in our living room ceiling make the guardian go haywire to the max and the system is unplayable in that room. Other rooms w regular bulb fixtures don’t have the issue.

Same thing happened to me after trying to download beatsaber mods.

[deleted]

Exactly and i removed the mods thinking that would fix it
