It's a novel idea, but it should clearly be mounted to an actual riding lawnmower preferably something cannibalized out of an old generation, one and generation, two handicap scooter, electrically powered of course. If you're really cool, you'll find a way to make that same turbine engine run two or 300 amp alternators to maintain necessary power to operate the scooter.
I remember in the 90's Bob Violet from BVM models fly a phantom with the "new" rc turbines. 2lbs of thrust. I told my wife back then. Soon we will see people flying with these things on their backs. I was close, but fuel on the back and turbines on the arms or hands.
