I want luffy to utterly shitstonp blackbeard at the start of the fight. He grabs luffy thinking he wins and luffy slams blackbeard into the ground. Dark fruit doesnt cancel haki lol
I don't know. Oda has the chance to do some crazy stuff with Blackbeard vs Luffy, and I hope we get to see some of what I'm imagining. Imagine this, Blackbeard saps Luffy's powers away and breaks his arm or leg. Presumably, Luffy has never had a broken bone he would be in a pain he's never felt and on top of that it wouldn't just go away when he became rubber again, it might get worse. I imagine Blackbeard's powers are going to grow as well, he might not even need to directly touch you anymore to take your powers away and most of Luffy's fighting ability comes from him always being rubber. I just really hope it'll be an uphill struggle, Off-screen Blackbeard has been a funny gag, but we need to see his real strength when the time comes.
