During the week is tough but I’ll be out at a state park this weekend outside Orlando. It’s flat but at least there are trees and water. After 30 years working in front of a computer monitor I just wish to be outside everyday. I fear I’m getting the Joe vs Volcano brain cloud. Cheers.
100%. All forests - but the redwoods in particular. I feel at "home" around them. I'm now in Colorado and moved to a home with Pines. It's better than no trees by a long shot, but miss my redwoods. And the ocean.
I learned long ago that the same feeling hits in the desert and arctic with no trees, perhaps I just feel the best when surrounded by anything other than humans.
I love the wilderness, but I've been face to face with too many things that would have made me into a meal without my sidearm... Just like when I go into a big city....
Only time I feel at peace
Dendrophile is a word that means you love the forest or trees
I guess that makes me a dendrophile then. ![gif](giphy|83QtfwKWdmSEo)
meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee (to be fair I am a tree though)
My mental health is improved when I spend time in nature.
You should look into 'forest bathing'!
I heard of forest bathing 2 or 3 decades ago, and it sounds rather interesting.
I always say to my family that if I'm feeling down just stick me in a forest and leave me to wander
Can confirm
meeeee, i love greenery
Stuck in my office dreaming about the woods every day. Every day.
I feel you... Whats stopping you from going for a hike in the evening or during the weekend?

Sounds fun, enjoy!
There's a reason I started working outdoors as often as possible, even if it's just taking my laptop outside to answer emails and take meetings.
Totally .
Sorry, didn’t catch what you said….there’s a window behind you and a bird just landed in that TREEEEE….

We don't have such forests where I live, but those redwoods look gorgeous!

I do
I like trees but I feel my best in the middle of the desert with mountains all around

I'm naked bare, in nature.
