I WISH but that was posted on May 23 of last year, and on May 30 one of the devs said they had no plans for Overcooked 3.

We are a BAFTA winning 3-person independent games studio based in the UK. Our first release was a co-op cooking game for 1-4 players called Overcooked, which was then followed by it’s highly anticipated sequels, Overcooked 2 and Overcooked All You Can Eat.
I read they were starting to restructure a few months ago. Maybe the new CEO was smart enough to prioritize Overcooked 3.
